CareTeam provides at home health care in several counties in East Texas. Home health is often needed or recommended by a physician after a hospital stay or during an acute illness. Being able to rehab in one's own home provides the client with a more comfortable environment and can speed recovery. CareTeam provides a range of home health services from home nursing and therapies for infants through geriatrics as well as palliative care, any of the care types offered can facilitate the client to stay at home. So, if you’re a resident of East Texas or have a family member in East Texas, home health care may be what you’re looking for. CareTeam is also proud to offer hospice care for individuals with life-limiting illness, these services can be provided in the home, hospital, or long term care facility. Each location is managed locally by dedicated professionals who live and work in the community that they serve. They know and care about your community and they help their staff deliver services that you need.
